You will develop and manage high potential customers
You will manage account managers, propose sales actions, motivate and support the sales team, define sales targets
You will manage the entire sales process related to Data/ISP/Voice/Cloud and Data Centers services and solutions and will focus on identifying new business opportunities
You will achieve sales targets by developing new business and consolidating existing accounts in different sectors (industry, finance, banks, insurance companies … etc.)
You will be highly proactive in constantly improving the sales processes, monitoring the market, bringing smart ideas to management and customers.
You will communicate forecasts and progress of the monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
You will directly report to the Head of Sales and daily collaborate with sales support and technical colleagues
Your background:
You have 5 to 10 years of professional experience on the Luxembourgish market as a Key Account Manager/Business developer in the Telecom/IT sector/sales of IT products or services
You are sales oriented and have already demonstrated capabilities to drive account management processes.
You hold a Master Degree in Business/Management or equivalent
You are fluent in French and English or either in German and English
You have a proactive and positive customer-oriented attitude and always look for improving your sales development performance level
You have excellent communication and listening skills and developed a capacity to work autonomously
