artelis Group Information on Coronavirus

01 July Release : adaptation of our work processes

Dear Sir and Madam,

In March we informed you that we have taken all measures within the company to maintain business continuity.

Three months later we are now in a “new normal” and have adapted our business processes to the changed situation. We as artelis group, with our companies artelis s.a., cegecom s.a., VSE NET GmbH and EuroSkyPark GmbH, adhere to the requirements of the German and Luxembourg governments.

What does the “new normal” mean for you in detail?
For you as a customer nothing changes!

We remain available 24/7 for troubleshooting and fault repair. Your service will remain available with the known quality.

In order to remain at your disposal until the end of this ongoing crisis, we have divided our teams, meaning that one part is working from the office and the other part is available from home. The teams alternate with their presence in the office every two weeks and stay separate. This is how we ensure that business continuity.

Personal contact with our customers is very important for the successful implementation of your projects. This is why we would like to start again with customer visits, respecting all social distancing rules. We would be happy to check in advance how we can implement the necessary measures.  Should we find no possibility to have a personal meeting, we stay available for you via video or audio conference.

The protection of our customers and our colleagues stay our first priority!

Stay healthy!

20 March Release : Business Continuity Management (BCM)

Dear Sir and Madam,

In regards of the global propagation and impact of COVID 19 cases, we would like to inform you with this letter about the measures we have taken to maintain business continuity.

Confirmed by our artelis group certification according to ISO 27001 we have established a business continuity plan. This plan is valid for all companies belonging to the artelis group including artelis s.a., cegecom s.a., VSE NET GmbH and EuroSkyPark GmbH.
The business continuity plan contains an efficient emergency and crisis management, which defines the systematic handling of crises and disasters. Within the BCM we have described core procedures for relocation and restoration of business activities.
Currently, the majority of our employees are working from home. Field service engineers and technical staff respon-sible to handle technical breakdowns or to work at customer sites have been instructed on the necessary hygiene rules. Equipment and spare parts required for this work are available in our central warehouse.
In addition to these measures, key stakeholders with deputies for each organizational unit are defined and supple-mented by on-call colleagues. We are in close contact with our most important service providers working together to optimize deliveries and develop emergency plans for the uninterrupted provision of goods and services.

Should your service nevertheless be interrupted, we will work immediately to rectify the fault and contact you.

We are confident that together we are able to overcome this extraordinary crisis.

With kind regards
