cegecom shall notify the customer promptly of the delivery date. The telephone line is considered delivered as soon as it is technically ready for use and incoming/outgoing calls can be made via the transfer interface 1.2. If the telephone line uses a ported telephone number, it is considered delivered when the telephone number can be contacted via the cegecom network. If charges for outgoing calls are accrued during the period between the line delivery and the number porting, these will be billed as part of the first month’s invoice.

The Essential SLA version is included in the basic monthly fee for the selected product.
The service level can be increased to a higher level in return for a supplementary monthly fee.
