cegecom s.a. offers a managed cloudPBX service (Managed Com Corporate) based on modern and high available VoIP-Technology. The system provides at least the same functionality as a traditional PBX. The core system will be operated in one of the technical locations of cegecom and the customer sites will be connected via dedicated lines. The basic Managed Com Corporate -System can manage up to 1500 extensions per customer (depending on the selected features Additional licenses have to be paid).
The public switch, the Managed Com Corporate core and our billing system, which are all located in Luxemburg, ensure the best voice quality and data protection. cegecom is connected to two international interconnection points and several international suppliers.
This is a list of features which can be provided by the cegecom Managed Com Corporate system. They can be used if the corresponding feature packages have been ordered and set up. Availability also depends on the hardware used.
Common features of the product
Data connection to WIFI- or mobile network needed. This connection is not part of the offer.
All devices (DECT Phones, Desktop Phones, FMC Users, DeskShare Users, virtual subscribers,..) must be ordered and configured at least with the Managed Com Corporate Feature Package S. According to the customer need, the service can be expanded by selecting other packages (M or L). This upgrade will be charged according to the committed pricing table of our offer. The Feature Package L includes a variety of technical functions (Queuing, Skill-based Routing,…) which have to be defined in an individual Workshop to fit exactly the need of the customer.
