  • Creation of a new technical helpdesk team with extended working hours into Network Operations
  • Disciplinary responsibility of the team
  • Staff scheduling
  • Target agreements for the team members and performing the evaluations
  • Control CIP
  • Control of budget
  • KPI monitoring incl. benchmarking, preparation of reports
  • Steering of cross-team cooperation both within department and with other teams (internal and ex-ternal)
  • Support and ticket resolution for our customers
  • Oncall support



  • Basic background in leadership of employees
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of experience in the technical hotline or helpdesk sector
  • Good knowledge of hotline control in telecommunication sector – Proactive, reliable, well organized, and stress resistant
  • Team worker, communicative, service- and customer orientated
  • High affinity for numbers and very good knowledge in MS Excel
  • Any certification is considered as an advantage
  •  Languages: Fluent in English and German, French desirable
