Team leader Solution Management (m/w/d)

The challenge:

• Understanding customer needs and project challenges
• Conducting studies and additional research in collaboration with the internal teams
• Converting the requirements specification into specifications for the technical departments
• Drafting a relevant technological solution in collaboration with the technical management and the project managers
• Ensuring the feasibility and the profitability of the project for the company (validation of the business case)
• Elaboration of the technical proposal
• Accompanying the account manager to the customer meeting, for technical support
• Formalize the processes for responding to calls for tenders
• Initiate and develop new ideas
• Market and competition monitoring
• Management of the team members

Your background:

• 4 years of higher education in telecoms or ICT
• Minimum 5 years experience in this field
• Ability to adapt to different technical environments
• Expertise in telecom transmission technologies, telephony offers (VoIP/PBX), hosting and Cloud
• Good knowledge in the fields of network and security
• Proactive, good interpersonal skills and teamwork skills
• Writing and organizational skills
• You are fluent either in French and English or in German and English
