Marc Kahabka, Didier Wasilewski and Serge Eiffes, Directors

- Didier Wasilewski was one of the first employees to be recruited by cegecom in 2000. In recent years, he has held the position of Sales Manager in Luxembourg, where he developed cross-border activities in the Greater Region.
On April 1, 2024, Didier will join the Artelis Group’s General Management. Didier is an expert in the telecommunications industry and believes in exceeding customer expectations. Didier is active in different trade federations and organisations: he is Board member of FNP GIE and LU-CIX GIE and Vice President of OPAL. Before joining the Artelis Group, Didier worked for 10 years for Philips International, where he sold and implemented communications and security projects.
- Marc Kahabka has many years of management experience in the information and telecommunications industry. After his instruction as a communications electronics technician and subsequently studying communications engineering, he began his professional career at a measurement technology manufacturer before transitioning to the information and telecommunications sector two years later. In 2023 Marc Kahabka joined cegecom’s management board.
- Serge Eiffes held a senior management position within the POST Luxembourg group, where he played a key role in the development of the telecommunications sector. Native from Luxembourg, he graduated in telecommunications from the University of Kaiserslautern (Germany) and completed a Leadership Certificate at the University of Exeter (United Kingdom). By joining POST Luxembourg in 2000, Serge rose through the ranks by holding various technical roles before taking on high management responsibilities in product, marketing, and senior leadership at POST Telecom starting from 2013. He managed to distinguish himself with his expertise in change management and ability to develop talents and motivate teams. His strong leadership and change management skills have significantly contributed to the development of strategic projects at POST Telecom.
