Tasks:
Creation of a new technical helpdesk team with extended working hours into Network Operations
Disciplinary responsibility of the team
Staff scheduling
Target agreements for the team members and performing the evaluations
Control CIP
Control of budget
KPI monitoring incl. benchmarking, preparation of reports
Steering of cross-team cooperation both within department and with other teams (internal and ex-ternal)
Support and ticket resolution for our customers
Oncall support
Profile:
Basic background in leadership of employees
Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Minimum three years of experience in the technical hotline or helpdesk sector
Good knowledge of hotline control in telecommunication sector – Proactive, reliable, well organized, and stress resistant
Team worker, communicative, service- and customer orientated
High affinity for numbers and very good knowledge in MS Excel
Any certification is considered as an advantage
Languages: Fluent in English and German, French desirable
